The Basic workshop delivers the powerful NST ‘operating system’ to the student without which there could be no effective system of Spinal Integration.
Consisting of two main sections, the Core and the Categories, the five-day NST Basic workshop commences with the Core work, which as its name suggests, is all about integrating the Core of the body, the spinal column itself.
The Dynamic Body Balance Core work will resolve a myriad of symptoms in itself however detail, depth and specificity is added to the Core by dovetailing additional procedures with it called the Categories.
The Categories work consists of five interfacing categories containing twelve individual procedures.
The categories are:
- Upper Extremity
(shoulder, elbow, wrist) - Lower Extremity
(hamstring, knee, ankle) - Thoracic
(lung, heart, breast) - Central Base
(sacrum, coccyx, pelvic) - Cranial
(temporomandibular joint TMJ)
The first two categories are designed to deal with symptoms of the upper and lower extremities by building bridges from to Core to the symptom itself. The remaining three categories are designed to add detail, depth and specificity to the balance of the Core itself by addressing the diaphragm, pelvic girdle and cranium.
Such is the effectiveness of the whole NST Basic workshop that many participants discover they need no further tools to transform their clinical practices and achieve excellent results immediately post workshop.
