basic training

The NST Basic Training is a five-day workshop and clearly the Institute’s most comprehensive and important, as it provides the complete basic operating system.

What will I learn?
The NST Basic Training will equip the participant with a complete and comprehensive modality in its own right, immediately usable post workshop.

Participants will learn an integrated and powerful Dynamic Body Balance plus a variety of other procedures which are designed to seamlessly interface with the body balance.

The interface procedures will enable the participant to specifically address a comprehensive array of structural and health conditions from back pain and neck pain to conditions such as sporting injuries, Parkinson’s disease, glandular fever and other more chronic ailments.

Additional procedures covered include shoulders, elbow and wrist, hamstring, knee, ankle, sacrum, coccyx, pelvic, diaphragm, thorax and Temporomandibular joint (TMJ).

TMJ work in particular is a major structural aspect and philosophical feature of the workshop, which will interest and fascinate the most inquiring minds.
