The goals of the workshop are two fold. To provide practitioners with the necessary opportunity to keep their NST accurate and effective and also to enhance their usage and effectiveness by complementing current strategies with all that is new.

What will I learn?
Participants will have their skills assessed under observation via several practice sessions of NST bodywork drills specifically designed to highlight where improvements can be made. The drills and feedback sessions that follow will comprise the first day of the workshop.

The second day will be dedicated exclusively learning an array of clever interface moves that are either of themselves complete as potent mini-procedures or will add to the effectiveness of existing strategies.

Prerequisites:
Individuals wishing to attend the Able and Active should have firstly completed NST Basic Workshop. NST practitioners wishing to remain on the NST Website Practitioner Listing should attend the Able and Active workshop once in every two years to remain on the list.
