The International Institute of Applied Health Services was founded in 1992 in Melbourne, Australia by Michael Nixon-Livy to support fellow humans in attaining good health and longevity, by delivering high quality professional education and training in unique and clinically proven, natural therapeutic methods, into the hands of competent and qualified health care practitioners around the world.
Whilst, its primary goal is and has been to teach the Neurostructural Integration Technique (NST) as a means of achieving this, the Institute also represents and promotes other methods which it deems are unique, clinically proven and in particular complimentary with its philosophy and the practice of NST. To date methods in the fields of psychology, bodywork, energy work, kinesiology, osteopathy, homeopathy and nutrition have been or are still being represented by the Institute.
NST trainings are taught around the world in a variety of different countries including Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom and USA.
The scope and indeed much of the strength of the Institute, lies in its network of excellent teachers and sponsors who reside in various countries in both northern and southern hemispheres.
